Assisted Certifications

Pre-Hire:

- 7-Year Standard Background Check (VRBS Requirement) – One-time

Post-Hire Mandatory Training:

- First Aid & CPR Certification – Within 20 days, recertified every 2 years

- Ethics & Professional Conduct – Within 30 days, annual refresher

- Client Rights and Choice – Within 45 days, annual refresher

- Maltreatment Prevention & Reporting – Within 60 days, annual refresher

- Positive Behavior Supports – Within 60 days, annual refresher

- Professional Documentation – Within 10 days, annual refresher

- Safety & Emergency Preparedness – Within 30 days, annual refresher

Ongoing Professional Development:

- YTI Employment Services Boot Camp – After 6 months, annual (substitutes for 3 sessions)

- Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP) – After 9 months, recertified every 3 years

- DD-Supported Employment Training – Before first DD assignment, annual refresher
