Founded in Bozeman in 2025, Current Path Job Coaching was built on the belief that everyone deserves the chance to work in a job that fits their skills, goals, and life. We provide responsive, practical, and personalized employment support for individuals facing barriers to work—including people with disabilities, limited work experience, language barriers, or gaps in employment.

Our approach is person-centered and results-driven. We meet each client where they are, taking the time to understand their strengths, interests, and challenges. From there, we develop a clear plan to prepare for work, secure employment, and build the skills needed to succeed long-term.

Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. We partner closely with clients, their families, vocational rehabilitation counselors, case managers, and community organizations to create sustainable employment opportunities. We also work with local employers to develop inclusive workplaces that benefit both businesses and employees.

At Current Path, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every service we provide—whether it’s job readiness training, job search assistance, on-the-job coaching, or follow-along support—is tailored to the individual. Our goal is simple: to help people not only find a job, but thrive in it, building independence, stability, and confidence along the way.
