Current Path Job Coaching (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy, protects your rights, and follows all applicable federal and state regulations. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, and outlines your rights under the Montana Consumer Data Privacy Act (MTCDPA), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and other applicable laws.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

a. Personal Information
We collect your name, email address, phone number, and any additional information you voluntarily submit through forms or communication with us.

b. Non-Personal Information
Includes browser type, IP address, device type, and site usage behavior, collected via cookies and analytics tools.

8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we’ve collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is 100% secure.

10. HIPAA Compliance

We comply with HIPAA and Montana privacy laws. We protect personal and health information (PHI) using secure systems and limit access to authorized personnel. Information is not shared without written consent, except as required by law or to coordinate services with authorized agencies. Clients may request access to their records, corrections, or a record of disclosures.

13. Client Grievance Procedure

If you have a concern about your services, you have the right to file a grievance at any time.

Step 1: Submit Your Concern
You may share your grievance in writing, by phone, or in person with any member of our team. We will record the grievance and begin reviewing it immediately.

Step 2: Review and Response
We will review all relevant information, speak with the parties involved, and work toward a resolution. A written response will be provided within 10 business days or less, unless an extension is required and approved by the State of Montana.

Step 3: Additional Review
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may contact your Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor or Developmental Disabilities Program Regional Manager. You also have the right to follow the grievance or appeal process for your funding source, such as VRBS or Medicaid.

There is no penalty or retaliation for filing a grievance. You may have someone assist you in preparing and presenting your grievance at any stage.

14. Policy Updates

We may update this policy periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
